Regens in women's career mode?

Are these non-existent? I have played a career for about 4 seasons and have yet to see a single regen. Seems like the mode in general is a dumbed down version of normal career mode, with there being no league title and all.

In case someone from EA is reading: diversify the hair styles more. It seems there are over 350 hair styles in the game and I keep seeing the same 20 in the generated trainees.
