Request for More Boots to be Added to Clubs Mode

Can a mod just give us an honest answer, please?

There is no justification to treat your consumers like this. Either state the reason why this has happened for the 3rd year in a row without any comment or just tell us that you have been told not to comment. 

Either way, someone needs to just come out and say something. It's unacceptable and unfair.
