startup error, a system failure.

When I start my The Sims 4, before the application opens, I receive a notification from EA saying there is a startup error, a system failure. I've done everything, I uninstalled EA and reinstalled it, uninstalled and installed The Sims 4, checked the antivirus application and gave the permissions and there was nothing wrong, I also looked into the computer's permissions, restarted the PC, everything, and still I can't open the game.

Ao iniciar o meu The Sims 4, antes do aplicativo abrir, chega uma notificação da EA dizendo que está com erro de inicialização, uma falha no sistema. Eu já fiz de tudo, desinstalei a EA e instalei de novo, desinstalei e instalei o The Sims 4, vi o aplicativo de Vírus e dei as permissões e não tinha nada de errado, entrei tmabém nas permissões do computador, reiniciei o PC, tudo, e ainda assim não consigo abrir o jogo.
