Suggestions for Career Mode Improvements

There is an issue in Career Mode with match simulations due to a lack of balance. Despite having a stronger team, much weaker opponents often win. Players perform at a low level even though they have high skill ratings, which feels unrealistic. Additionally, substitutions are sometimes made too frequently, often bringing in much weaker players who tire too quickly because the stamina simulation isn't used effectively. It would be great to improve this system to make it more realistic and balanced.

Another suggestion is to improve the coaching system for teams. It would be helpful if we could assign coaches to every category (defense, midfield, goalkeepers, and forwards) without having to choose between them, even if they are 5-star coaches. Additionally, the squad could be automatically updated with suggested new players from the assistant, ensuring the team is well-rounded and balanced.
