Teammates/transfers in player career mode

Please give us the ability to choose certain players to retain or get rid of, even if it’s only a certain amount of players.

Every time I start a new season in player career my starting 11 is completely changed, mainly the better players are sold despite winning major tournaments and the premier league. One season I even had an outfield player play the first half of the season as a goalkeeper because the team sold all the keepers. The next season I had RM play RB cause we sold all the RBs. The next season we bought two 85+ rated RBs. 

Please offer some sort of power, or at least the choice of having an impact on transfers prior to starting the game mode, as the game does absurd transfers and it ruins the immersion of player career mode. Thank you!
