I love the detail in your stories. I hope you are right about Italy coming back, they are always an interesting team to watch. I like the top players segment, very similar to something I am working on with league one right now. I am studying up on the Italian teams, ready to start finding clues and making a guess at your club..

Thanks man, appreciate it. I like Serie A, because there isn't this obvious favourite currently. A new club winning every year the last four seasons. With a number of clubs being able to step up and challenge for the Scudetto, like Napoli did all of a sudden recently. It makes it a bit unpredictable, I guess, so I look forward to get on with this.
Unfortunately I won't have the game for the next week or so, so I suppose I'll just have to start with a few league teasers like the above "Top 5" mentions.

Wait what, Hummel's is at Roma now and Smalling has gone to Saudi? I'm seriously bad at keeping track at transfers (last year I actually missed the news of Neymar going to Saudi which was kinda shameful) I also didn't know about Fabregas either
- LABoog42 years agoNew Ace@thurlow885 It is funny how often I find out news of transfers because of someone’s career mode lol.
@JustinCase0110 if you’re looking for information to add before the game comes out, I’d be curious to see your “title favorites” for Italy. What five teams have the best chance to win the league. - JustinCase01102 years agoSeasoned Ace

I only heard about Smalling's move, when apparently he had a nightmare debut with an own goal and a red card, if I remember correctly.
But yes, I don't usually follow the Serie A that closely, so a few transfers and players in certain clubs have also caught me by surprise....

Great minds think alike, I suppose 😉 That and one more will probably be my final teasers before starting the actual game.
The other one might be a top 5 teams with a certain weakness or area with room for inprovement. For instance Inter having an elderly squad. Or perhaps a team conceding too many goals last season or whatever I might find to name a total of 5 weaknesses.

Does the league not have any squad rules for domestic, home grown or academy players? Only two Italians on the team seems like a big concern. I cannot imagine fans being happy with that.
