Unable to increase penalty and free kick stats in EA FC 25

Question

It is frustrating in my opinion. I love to see young players grow up to their potential and I love to play with youth starting 11. I have 80-90 rated strikers, midfielders but highest penalty stat is 47, highest free kick accuracy stat is 62 and it drives me crazy and it is not realistic. It is really not understandable, why any development plans increase that stats? I think we should e-mail EA or on social media we should complain about this with some hashtag. Do you complain about this situation, what are your thoughts on this?

This has been adressed in the thread listed above.

It seems, however, that EA are too **bleep**ing lazy and indifferent to be bothered to do anything about this major oversight.

EA_Aljo​EA_Aljo​Still nothing. So, this won't be fixed in this years game, I gather?&nbsp;The development team can spend endless time making small in-game tweaks and adjustments in an endless loop, but can't spend five minutes on this?
