Unable to increase penalty and free kick stats in EA FC 25

It is frustrating in my opinion. I love to see young players grow up to their potential and I love to play with youth starting 11. I have 80-90 rated strikers, midfielders but highest penalty stat is...

    Still nothing. So, this won't be fixed in this years game, I gather? 

    The development team can spend endless time making small in-game tweaks and adjustments in an endless loop, but can't spend five minutes on this?
