thanks for all your reports! This is a pretty weird issue and our team is investigating.
We could use your help in collecting some more info, trying to get to the bottom of this. Could you please let us know what controller layout are you using? (For example, Classic, Alternate etc.)
It would also be helpful to get a short video clip of it happening with the gamepad overlay turned on.

@EA_Vendcera I had the same problem. I use PS4, with alternative controller. Today I start a new season (Manager career), and the players simply don't run, go really slow, i was playing with Barcelona and no run, try real Madrid and the players some of the fasters doesn't run. Try change configuration and nothing... Can't play like this
