also has this problem in KickOff mode,at the beginning i thought might be the speed of the player is low like(4-60) but when i switch to a high speed player,it still the same.they just run slow for 1s then switch to fast run.
someone said the problem might come from RB
Did you find the solution for this?
i don't know if this will help everyone. change simulation settings & cpu sliders to custom - set all to 50 (default)

@Blackmamba24vr i not sure about it, i play on switch btw. i revert all settings to default & i change what i mentioned earlier then i can sprint. even in UT i still can sprint but if i change to other i can't sprint, totally weird. maybe since the game broken already.
