Latest title update has no mention of it 🙄
Though I haven't tried to test it yet. Its such a ball ache to go through all the career set up steps to find sprint still doesn't work...
It still doesn't work. I tried the things suggested by other people in the thread. It was definitely an update that messed this up because I have one save from before the issue occurred and I can still sprint in that one, but every new one I make has the problem. Absolute shambles honestly.
