I found a way which is working for me.Go to game settings,change simulation settings to custom and use it.
putting in custom is same as classic as customs default values is same as of classic which is 50in every options and also wind option off.
if its not working in already started career mode then,start a new caerer mode again and then after creation of manager or player there will option of changing simulation settings with match difficulty,general settings etc...
Change the option there and start the career mode it will work.

@TheLegendHimself It fixed it for me too, thanks a lot man! I have been forced to stay in the same career mode since the game started and now I can finally start a new. Big up <3
