Unable to train Free-Kicks via Development Plans

There isn't a single development plan preset that allows you to train Free-Kicks, on previous editions of Career Mode this wasn't the case; please fix this bug we should be able to train free-kicks. ...

Still nothing. So, this won't be fixed in this years game, I gather? 

The development team can spend endless time making small in-game tweaks and adjustments in an endless loop, but can't spend five minutes on this?!
