Why isn't the match intro video in the player's career mode?

This better be a bug!! They promised the return of full pregame intros, and they’re not in Player Career. It’s ridiculous EA!

they had a whole week to fix it before the  real release of the game  that was yesterday.. and nothing. im losing hope they even care nor even knows at this point, it isn't even on their tracker (   https://trello.com/b/keigLn6R/ea-sports-fc-tracker    ) tab under investigating. welp perhaps in fc 26 folks ?
