    Thanks. Your laptop has only an integrated Intel(R) Graphics card. Unfortunately, that's below the minimum requirements. 

    This is probably the reason why your game is not working correctly.

Hey @Fabio5618 Since you only see a black screen in those game modes, please ensure that your system is updated and that you have all the latest drivers installed. You can follow our Technical Guide for more information.

The drivers and the system are already updated. I've tried repairing the game using that anticheat file, reinstalled the game thrice, made sure I met all the requirements, deleted some big games that could be using the RAM... Nothing worked

      Could you provide a screenshot of the error with the files after verifying their integrity? Can you also attach your Dxdiag report, please?
