About FC25 Sprint Cheat

Today in FC25 online matches I was exposed to a cheat by my opponents. The opponents username is Bremen FC. My opponent is using a cheat to restrict my commands. I was happy to see that my opponent, who has one of the starting squads, is in the same Rivals category as me and I did not think that this was a cheat. I am sure that my sprint button works. I know this from both previous and future matches. I also checked the joystick connection that I was using three times during the match. When the opponent player gets the ball, my active players stop sprinting. While you can sprint in the area without the ball, you cannot run towards the ball. If you check the logs, you can see it when you watch the game history. This situation shows that there is a major security vulnerability in the EA FC25 game. My Rivals x2 right that I had was lost in 2 different matches for this reason. I do not have the username of the opponents. However, this situation has caused me to suffer. This is a game and I enter to enjoy it, this kind of bullying is now cooling our interest in the game. I would like to ask for my grievance regarding the problem I am experiencing to be resolved and for this security vulnerability to be resolved as soon as possible.
