Account Restricted From Accessing Online Features

Have you perhaps been banned?

If so, you can appeal the ban by contacting the ToS team.

There is no Ban and  the advisors are saying to post your problem on ea forums. 😔

Then open a case and wait for a response from the Support team.

Why can you reply to that but no messages about the gameplay and unstable network that has people enraged??????
