Simple solution. Add a vote to kick option. If a player is repeatedly kicked from games then they will receive an automatic flag on their account for EA to review. Their account should be monitored over the course of 2 weeks and if exploitive behaviour is detected on the account then they should receive a ban. Players will defiantly think twice before cheating if this was the case but unfortunately right now there is no punishment for this behaviour so the matter will never be resolved until there is.
