Again the ultimate slow rate bugging

With my 1050ti I7 16ram the game is super slow with the minimum config 

Seriously there is time when  the game is super  fluide and fast and then suddenly it become slow and horrible to play.

Can we explain how a game can shift for best to extreme worst

I think you have to stop trying to make it perfect and check out for a fluid game under low config not everyone has 3000$ to spend on pc
