Hello OLS_12 ,

If the web app is freezing, it will not quicksell all your players. If you didn't do that, somebody did it for you most likely.

If you have the date and time of when it happened, you can reach out to our support team right here so we can try to investigate.

It did freeze , it suddenly said that I can’t use the app because I’m connected on console or pc when I wasn’t on my console at all.
