If I evolve Davies with Bruiser+ through an Evolution, will he keep the Bruiser+ if he gets an upgrade from Bayern winning the Bundesliga?

If you really want to get the upgrade from "Bayern winning the Bundesliga", never ever use any other evolution (not even the cosmetics) on that player.
If you use any other evolution on Fantasy FC Davies, the player will lose its Fantasy FC status and evolve into a new type of player.
So, it will not receive any dynamic upgrades in future.
