Am I Eligible for Club Members?

According to this link , there is 2 requirements for club membership which is play FC 24 and 25 before the cut off date. I first play FC 24 in May this year and i first play FC 25 on the 28th of October. However i haven't received any notification or reward that indicate me as a club member. While i play FC 25 using EA Play Pro this shouldn't be an issue i think.

Is there something i'm missing?
