amazon gift card redeemed but no fc points showing up

i redeemed fifa points that were gifted to me through amazon, and even though it says redeemed i haven’t recieved the points in game. i dont have an xbox console, but i have the xbox app on my pc and...

Just to check to make sure I understand correctly: You got a code for FC points on Xbox, but you don't play on Xbox but on PC instead?

@EA_QueenBee yes. it was a gift, but both amazon and xbox support have said that it can be redeemed on pc. and it is redeemed, i just haven’t recieved my points yet and its been a week
