Are any mods even here?

There’s been a thread running for days about the weekly 1 season objective that’s being completely ghosted when it comes to responds and updates from mods.

I know the mods are here since they’re quick with locking down new posts about it and hitting it with a copy paste response about how we’ll be updated in the official thread, or on X for some dumb reason, there’s not even an hour left until it refreshes and still not a word about it, there’s also been several updates during the week with no fix for it, but when it comes to stuff involving FC points it’s solved in a matter of hours.
You could at least pretend to care about it instead of ghosting us like this.

exactly that. there is zero monetary gain for them from this so it is the last thing on their mind. as far as the "mods" here.. im gonna bite my tongue. horrendous customer service on every possible front from this company that will hopefully someday finally be buried. i just hope im alive to see it.

If the industry I’m in behaved this way towards customers then they’d be shut down, there would be remediation and compensation schemes and there would be people in jail.&nbsp;
