exactly that. there is zero monetary gain for them from this so it is the last thing on their mind. as far as the "mods" here.. im gonna bite my tongue. horrendous customer service on every possible front from this company that will hopefully someday finally be buried. i just hope im alive to see it.
If the industry I’m in behaved this way towards customers then they’d be shut down, there would be remediation and compensation schemes and there would be people in jail.
