It's another year, EA FC 25 is almost here!

All beta codes related questions please ask them here.

To answer most of your thoughts straight away beta codes are given out randomly so please be patient.

@djsixfoot Make sure that you have set the correct console preference that you want to obtain the code for. I would recommend only having one platform ticked.

@smsounak7 also if you can not find it in your library. Go to the store and search EA FC 25 and select the first choice it should let you download the application or show you the progress of the download.

Hi I’ve received a beta code for the wrong console! I have a Xbox series X I’ve been asked to post in here to see if I can get a code for the correct console?

@kyleramseyy Make sure that you have ticked your preferred console on email preferences tab. Once you have done this you have to wait. The issue is being looked into and hopefully will be resolved shortly.

@stephenmc64 I put my code in steam like directed in the email but it just launches EA Play and says I dont have access...... i log into EA play with my steam account.

Yeah I have it’s been changed to Xbox series X. Will I receive a new email with a code for my correct console?
