Aweful gameplay

What the hell is going on right now with the gameplay? Seriously.

This is just like the beginning of this damned game. Decent at the start, then free-fall into a cesspool in a week.
A patch that was supposed to mend the game was introduced. Then in a week, the whole game just spiraled into a garbage chute.

Everything's heavy and slow again. Yet, my opponents seem to be guided by the EA god. They move like they are on speed.
Quick movement, quick reaction, quick animation, quick passes, quick crosses, quick tackles, quick saves, quick shootings, rapid everything.
Meanwhile, I'm tortured with the most broken gameplay. Stats become useless. There is no sprinting, no attacking, no defending, no nothing.

My players barely contain the ball with the heaviest, clunky animations and gradually accelerate like a freight train, all the while my opponents just fly around with endless tackles and zoom here and there in a millisecond. 
What is this?

All of a sudden, the game just reverted to a disgusting infestation of incessant tackle spamming. Human or AI.
Everyone just easily catches up 90+ pace player with a lower stat and their casual jogging animation.

Opponents' goalkeepers suddenly become demigods, executing unbelievable saves here and there. All of my shots are drawn to the posts or goalkeepers like magnets.
Opponents' defenders gather into the box with the most disciplined defensive movements. Of course, my player is still accelerating.

Endless rebounds just for the opponents. Tackles after tackles regardless of the loss of balance, reaction, physical difference, or whatever.
I'm sick of opponents making instant tackles immediately after losing possession.
I'm sick of opponents just colliding with my players from every angle and every distance.
I'm sick of opponents just bodychecking my players and just bulldozing forward like they are cement pillars.
All the while my players' stats dropped to zero and they just can't do anything. What's the point of using the players with better physical or defensive stats?

Heavy turns, heavy touches, delayed reactions, delayed animations, slow speed, slow execution, and all of these magical perks are just for me. How grand.

I'm genuinely curious what is going on.
It could be PC hackers. But no, EA definitely tells us there are no hackers. I'm pretty sure they're true. Duh.
It could be servers. But no, EA never had problems with their servers. Of course, I'm going to trust their words over everyday casual players.
It could be the gameplay. But no, EA said there is no such thing as scripting or DDA. Oh, I believe them.

It could be my connection... Yes. That must be it because EA always puts responsibility on the players, right? There's nothing wrong with their game, nothing wrong with their servers, nothing wrong with suspicious PC players, it's always the average players... How did I miss that?

I've had far better and smoother gameplay than this shameful joke of a game in the same ping and the same condition.
Fix your goddamn server!

What's the point of your existence if you can't maintain and run your game?
Complete disgrace. 
I feel embarrassed about this game. I'm curious how you guys do not feel any sense of guilt or remorse from this... cesspool.
