Ban removed
Looking to see if I can get my ban removed as I have been banned for a year now and looking to resolve this issue so I can play with my friends tried to contacting ea several times and still no heard anything back

You can always track your case history on your profile.
You need to contact the terms of service team. Which it sounds like you already have. Maybe you need to check your spam folder.
