Hey EA_Lanna,
I have tried sending them email several times. I have tried to appeal/dispute several time. Nothing is work. I have check the email you just told me to check for. There nothing writting or says that how to get unbanned or after 14 days what i have to do. Simply it say i was cheated in matches because i play with my friends. Isn't that what co-op lobby does? EA now a day has become joke since when the decide to not work with Fifa. Day by day EA loosing its costumer. I just need to get unbanned because i have spend a lot of money on this game. It look like i get no help from EA community.
