Banned account without a specified reason
I tried to login to my companion app to complete SBCs last night and found that my account was banned. I have read through the terms of service to see if I could have done anything that could be considered bannable and couldn’t find anything. I’ve never cheated, exploited, bought coins, etc. the infuriating part is that there is no reason listed and their reply to my appeal was simply that they reviewed my case and my ban was done correctly. I don’t know what to do to get my account back, it seems insane that they are banning players who spent money to buy the game and build a team without any reason. Any help appreciated

Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
Choose your platform.
Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
Fill out any other details below.
For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
Click Select contact option.
Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension if you haven't already.Hope you get it sorted.
