Banned after being hacked

Hi, my EA account was hacked, and I was banned for something I didn’t do. I’ve appealed, but EA rejected my case without considering my proof. I've put screenshots for all the dates (hack, ban, recovery). Can you please escalate this? My case number is #204461797. Thank you!
