banned for no reason. new account, banned again for no reason 3 days later.

I keep getting banned after doing absolutely nothing wrong. 4 days ago my account was banned for nothing, no reason given, no warning and the dispute was declined and also gave no reason.

3 days later, the new account I created begrudginly gets banned - the exact same thing. No reason, no warning.

I do no cheat on this game. I have zero interest in cheating in general. I play games to grind and pass time. So why am I getting banned? I've read and read online about posibilities. I've seen posts saying apps like MSI Afterburner and Logitech G Hub can flag the anticheat, but I don't even play on pc anymore so how can it be that. They won't even give me reassurance that I'm not being hacked or targetted in some way. They say nothing.
