Beta Code redeemed but unable to download
Can anyone help - I entered the code on my PS5, and it gave me 2 options to choose a download. I chose the Beta option, and then I got an error message.
When I go back to my redemption history the code states it has been activated, but I havent been able to download anything. Will EA give me a new code?

You don't need another code. Once it's been redeemed, the game is available to download. Try checking your transaction history. If you still can't find it, try using the PlayStation app to send the download to your console.
