Bought fc points on ps store and didnt receive my points in game

I bought fc points in ps store then entered the game and couldnt find the point plus in my game fc points store isnt available i had to buy it from ps store

In that case you'll need to reach out to our live support team. They can take a look at this for you, and if you can provide proof of purchase they should be able to help you get your FC points.

Hey @kass77em,

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for your points to arrive in game. Have they arrived by now, or are you still missing them?
