Hi @dinnamo1927, EA Play 10-hour trial doesn't reset the progress of your game.

Also, since you purchased the Ultimate Edition, you will have full access to the game from September 20th. Just check your order history from Steam (Link) to be sure you completed the preorder for the game.

Hi, can you help me too? I bought the ultimate version but in my steam shows I only will have acess in day 27 and my EA app only shows the standard edittion.
