Bought points for wrong platform
I mistakenly bought an EA Sports FC 25 Point Pack but for PC and my son plays it on his PS5. Is there anything I can do or do I lose the money I paid for the points pack?

Unfortunately it's not possible to transfer points between platforms. I'd recommend reaching out to the retailer, maybe they can help with a refund so you can buy the points for the right platform.
