I forgot to mention Tackle spamming as well. Why on earth is some winger able to put in 3 super quick tackles in a row without opening up gaps? Why is there no recovery time? These players can sprint in, completely miss the tackle, turn around, run back and wrap there leg around you before you can even carry the ball forwards. There are barely any consequences for spamming tackles.
Also when it comes to shots on target that hit the post, rebound off a defender or are saved by the goalkeeper, this game will literally pull your forwards away from the ball, slow them down to recover the ball, make them run in this weird half circle etc. Even with Osimhen with poacher++ before I can't even switch to him & get to the ball first because the A.I. drags him away from the path of the ball out of position, on purpose because it's a mechanic in the game. I can see A.I. controlled defenders doing the complete opposite & aggressively attacking the loose ball.
