[Bug/Problem] Fix this broken gameplay

Update after Weekend League (8 wins):

• The tempo ratio between defenders and attackers is clearly broken.
  Defenders are faster than the fastest attackers, regardless of the value of the card
• Collision model/physics
  • is completely broken, here too defenders are fundamentally too strong regardless of the values ​​on the card
    • The difference between women and men is also exaggerated, even though the women's card has 80+ strength
  • After collisions between 2 players, it is not possible to change players and you have to hope that your own player "recovers" quickly enough to defend a resulting counterattack
• The interception range of CPU-controlled players is too large --> It is simply not possible to play a simple pass through a sufficiently large gap (despite the pass playstyle)
• Also the reactions and blockings of CPU-controlled players is worlds too fast

• referees 
  
  • constantly wrong decisions, whether offside, foul, penalty free kicks or advantage
  • Likewise, the game is sometimes whistled in the middle of the attack in the penalty area
• goalkeepers
  • manual goalkeeper movement ist absolutly exaggerated and unfair
  • goalkeepers with the role "Libero ++" are unable to hold the simplest balls (in my case Ter Stegen)
• movement of the defense lines is too fast in combination with low depth setting (seems that the depth setting is the reason for this behavior)
  • the same applies to the offside trap
• Skill moves
  • are either not executed or are too slow and are currently absolutely unusable
  • Just like every CPU-controlled player knows perfectly well how he can intercept the ball from the skill move movement
• craziness
  • L1 Sprint Boost is absolutely ridiculous
  • rebound goals --> The way and frequency in which goals are scored from rebounds is simply unacceptable (And that doesn't even include the balls blocked by goalkeepers)
