Can’t claim gold pack

I can’t claim my gold pack which I got in a larger pack, I don’t know what is happening and I want to open packs I have in store, I buy this game every year on release and this is not making the game fun for me to play. It is infuriating infact and it has been like this since 8 AM this morning. What can I do?

Same thing here . They’ll make us quit the game. There’s no point on keep playing since you cannot open any of your rewards, doesn’t matter if is rivals champs the cups sb, it’s all dead for us . Thank you very much !
