(Brothers) or should i purchase it again ? That's would be unfair cause in ps or xbox you can make primary account and secondary account

Hey, I bought the game on EA app play on black friday and everything is working but yesterday saw it was cheap on steam so I bought it there for a second account but now I cant switch between account without redownload like it is 2 different games between steam and ea play..
what to do?
have you been able to fix this? Im having the same problem pls help me if u have figured it out
