Can I play FC 25 with 2 accounts on the same PC?

Can i play fc25 in 2 accounts on the same PC (Brothers) or should i purchase it again ? That's would be unfair cause in ps or xbox you can make primary account and secondary account

@Kim2Hot Having the game on multiple accounts would not matter. If the game is downloaded on one PC, you can log into as many accounts as you like and play. I do it all day just testing different games.

Hey, I bought the game on EA app play on black friday and everything is working but yesterday saw it was cheap on steam so I bought it there for a second account but now I cant switch between account without redownload like it is 2 different games between steam and ea play..

what to do?
