Cant access the game !

Yesterday I got a Code for the Beta.I tried to redeem it and then it said that this code is used but I didn’t used it and didn’t gave it any one and no one has access to my email address account.

I have received the code for the closed beta but it did not work. It says the code has been redeemed but I can’t see the game to download it not even on my library. Can I get a new code please ?

After hours of searching- I'm PS5 but sent, a ps4 code - I have now been able to download.

If like me you put in your code. It accepted it but failed the download, then when trying to re-enter the code it kept saying it's been used I have found the solution. 

You need to go on your game library, and attempt to download the other version (in my case the ps4 instead of ps5 version) from here you should have the ability to download. 

From what I can gather, if you have access to the PS4 version, you will not have access to the ps5 version unfortunately, however something is better than nothing I'm sure you'll all agree.

Which console are you on? 

Try going on your game library. Then seen if fc 25 is on there. Whe. I put my code initially in, I tried the ps5 version but then it just went off and failed to download, then after hours of searching tried my game library and tried the ps4 version and that worked. Worth a shot. 

@shickleIt's not there. It looks like someone used my code but how I don’t know

Last year I had the same problem but after one day I got a new Code and this code worked so i don’t know why my first codes don’t work every time

You should be able to find it in your PS5 Library, My Collection.

I have been having problems with crashing to home screen for 3 days now 

we received a code, we redeemed it but no game and now code is showing as used? Any help?
