Cant access the Season Pass tab.

It's been like this for a few days now and still nothing. Already contacted EA Help and even them couldn't help me. I want to buy the Premium pass and I cant do it because of that. Also cant access it through Web app or Companion App because i still don't have access to the FutHub or transfer market despite playing the game and its various modes for at least 5 days.
