Can't Open Any Packs

I opened my rivals rewards this morning 8:30 am (rough time) and upon opening the mega pack I have been unable to open the "unlock 1 player pack" redeemable item contained within this. I originally tried to open this on the companion app before trying on my PS5 (please see images below)

This has left me unable to purchase any packs or open any of the packs I have waiting to be opened. My gamertag is RossGibiGibson.
