Hi @jona470s745,
You can double-check what EA account your PSN is linked to using these steps:
- Go to the EA Account login page.
- Choose to log in with your Xbox Live account where you play your EA games.
- Another pop-up will appear for the platform you choose. Log in using your sign-in details for that account.
- If the account you sign into is linked to an EA Account, you’ll now be logged in on EA Help where you can view your account information.
- Once logged in, go to your EA Account and Billing Settings.
- Click on the About Me tab and view the email address that's registered.

Hey @EA_Lanna it is not about what email account that is linked but if you go under the security panel and check in trusted devises my ps4 account isn't there and I think this is the reason why I can't play fifa. I have pasted down some photos so you know what I mean

Right @jona470s745, thanks for clearing that up and popping up those images.
From your images there are two consoles showing up under the Connected Accounts page for you. If one of those is the PSN you're using to play EA games online from, then it's definitely linked up to your EA account so I wouldn't worry about the Trusted Devices logs. My understanding is the Trusted Devices logs display the PC/Mac + Web browser logins for the EA account itself. I don't think your console activity is meant to show up there.
What are you seeing when you try to play FIFA from one of those PSN accounts shared in the images?
(CM: Edited to tweak sentence for better clarity)
