Champs glitch

I had lost in extra time which I’m not bothered about. The issue is regarding the play 15 objective in champions finals. I played all 120 minutes of the game and when it finished and I went to advance it kicks me out of ultimate team. When I finally load back in it states that I was disconnected from that match. So EA is telling me I got disconnected from a match that was already finished? It counts as a loss but doesn’t count as a game played. Ea can you please change this to a game played so I get my objective or can I seek compensation for this as it’s extremely unfair.
