got same problems but EA cant do nothing, this was the response from the support

I'd like to inform you that all changes made to the game are permanent and cannot be reversed, as FC is a server-based game, and we don't have the option to make such changes. I hope you understand.

Thats the thing, there are things they can do to fix this, they just dont want to pay to fix it, they can set up behaviour monitoring. feels like they just plain as day do not care about PC players. I'm sure they'd show concern if it affected their profits.

They dont even want to give us even remotely decent reporting tools. 

You mean L1 speed boosting or making your players jog

My controller inputs are on screen. I am holding sprint. 3rd party tool used to alter my sprint speed to "1" and theirs to "99". Not shown in this particularclip but they also altered my shot power and Finishing (Have it on another clip but nowhere to send for EA to ACTUALLY listen or do something about it)

It wouldn’t let me see the clips that’s why I was confused I lol mb I thought you meant the L1 speed boost
