This has to be illegal.
I spent 3000 dollars on fifa points amassed over 7m coins from opening packs using fifa points.
They coin wiped it for “coin distribution” and denied my appeal. When I legit have spent 3000 dollars and all players were earned from fifa points.
Whats my best course of action?

The best course of action is indeed to file a dispute and our Terms of Service team would review it. I'd advise you to try that again and include as many information about your situation as possible.

3k and they wipe your account. I would be seeking legal advice, perhaps a ombudsman like here in Australia has, who will look and take your case for no charge as they work for the govrement and take on companuies bigger than EA
