my 500 000 coins disappeared and I tried to contact ea but no help to get,so much money for the game and u don’t get help when u need it…
did Sam happened to anyone from u,anybody who knows what to do?

While we can't look in accounts here on the forums, if you haven't received anything from our terms of service team I'd recommend reaching out to live support. They can take a look at what happened to your coins.

Did you receive a coin wipe from our terms of service team? If so, you should have received an email about it as well. Are you just missing some coins or were you set to exactly 0?
I can’t remember to have received any mail or anytime else,I had something like 560k coins and 500 of them just vanished..I hope u can help men since I don’t know what to do😏
