Commentary and music not working properly during matches

Hi EA team,

There are ongoing issues with commentary and music in EA SPORTS FC 25 on PlayStation 5. The commentators don’t work properly — sometimes the commentary disappears completely, other times it comes back very quietly or not at all. Eventually, it may return at normal volume, but the issue keeps happening and lasts for a long time.

In addition, the background music in Career Mode also disappears randomly and doesn’t return until restarting the game. This seriously affects immersion and the overall experience.

I’ve tried restarting the game, reinstalling, and checking all audio settings, but the problems persist.

Please look into this — are there any fixes coming soon?
